How Staging Works

Using a proven set of professional techniques and fresh eyes, I will go through the home, inside and out, to find out what needs to be cleaned, repaired, removed or re-arranged. I will create curb appeal on the outside, and the inside will have a “Model Home” look. I will do this by:

• Decluttering—removing items that make rooms and yard look busy
• Rearranging furniture to maximize the rooms layout and make it flow
• Adding accessories and art if needed to showcase the home’s features
• Creating a sensible traffic flow to maximize the square footage
